Salary: £23,202.95 - £27,741.87 (ELMT scale D6 - E6)

The East London Mosque & London Muslim Centre is now one of the largest Islamic centres, hosting visitors on a regular basis, and offering courses and tours for those interested in Islam, the Mosque and the Muslim community.

Working under the direction of the Director of Finance & Engagement, the Projects Officer will deliver exceptional visitor experiences, courses, exhibitions and community cohesion initiatives, and represent the East London Mosque Trust (ELMT) when required. You need to be a capable, responsible, trustworthy person, who can work independently. This post requires excellent organisational and presentation skills and a good understanding of the basics of the religion of Islam and the history of the British Muslim community.

This role requires some flexibility in working hours and may include some evenings and weekends.
