At the end of our first season we already have honey from our hive! It's been an amazing first few months, our beekeeper is delighted at how well the bees have settled in their new location.

The queen appears to be strong, and her offspring have a good temperament. They are clearly foraging well in the local area, and have produced enough honey for us to take a modest harvest.

Once spun from the frames, the honey is passed through a fine mesh to leave a pure, clear liquid. It is bottled straight away, so our honey is raw and untreated – natural and delicious!
