Alhamdulillah, it is that time of the year once again – it is the arrival of a month filled with countless blessings, the thirty days that require us to observe one of the five pillars of Islam, fasting. A unique opportunity to multiply our rewards.

Over the years, the community has come together and seen the growth of this wonderful Mosque & Centre that has become a beacon for Muslims. A place with an annual footfall of over 1.7 million people, and one that provides services for many of the needs of the society.

The incredible support received so far has meant we have been able to contribute to society through education, advice services, interfaith dialogue and social enterprise.

However, our efforts do not end here. This Ramadan we need to continue our Sadaqah. We want to be able to achieve more as a community and a leave a legacy behind that will bear fruits in the Hereafter, insha’Allah. We still have over £3 million of debt (Qard Hasanah) which has become increasingly difficult to pay off.
