The East London Mosque Trust (ELMT) is expanding its educational provision with the building of the new Maryam Centre. Part of its vision is to facilitate and promote Islamic education for women.

The ELM Trust is seeking for interested parties to utilise four of its class rooms with an additional admin room located on the 5th floor of the newly built Maryam Centre. Other users will be sharing the communal areas.

Total lettable space: 2499 Sqft approximately

Rent per sqft: £22 including service charge and utilities bill (excludes rates)

Length of contract: 2 years (renewable subject to contract)

Interested parties would possess the following qualities:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in running female Islamic courses
• Appropriate management structure
• Robust policies, financial and administrative systems
• Constructive and structured courses complementing Islamic values and ethos
• Follow Islamic ethos and principles
