Please complete the registration form to participate in the Mosque’s Charity Challenge 2022. You must answer all of the questions which apply to you.
1. You must complete the challenge 1st – 31st March 2022. 2. You agree to the fundraise target. 3. You must ensure that you follow the latest Government Guidelines and keep safe while doing this activity. 4. You understand that you are participating entirely at your own risk. 5. You must be 16 years old and above in order to do the activity by yourself, anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 6. The East London Mosque Trust (ELMT) nor its sponsors and suppliers, including local authorities and facilitating agencies be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of ELMT, its sponsors, suppliers and facilitating local authorities and agencies or their respective servants or agents from any other cause, including any act of God or the physical condition of the challenge. 7. The ELMT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to alter the date of the event or to change the published course as deemed necessary at any time and to alter without prior notice the contents of each participants and the event media partners. 8. We collect information about you when you register. The information we collect about you is used to process your registration. If you agree, we may contact you about activities, services or campaigns we think may be of interest to you. 9. You also consent for the mosque to use pictures taken at the event for publicity purposes.
