9 Oct 2023 – Gaza is facing a dire humanitarian crisis, where relentless airstrikes have left over 500 dead and more than 8,000 injured since last Saturday’s escalation in violence.

Furthermore, over 100,000 people are displaced from their homes in Gaza, with nowhere to find shelter from the tragedy unfolding. Gaza was already facing a terrible humanitarian crisis from a decade-long blockade on food, clean water and bare essentials.

The East London Mosque is committed to standing with the afflicted and providing urgent relief to the survivors of this ongoing conflict. We make a strong call for peace and a cessation of all hostilities.

Through our trusted charity partners on the ground, we aim to deliver essential life-saving aid, including medical supplies, food, clean water, and shelter to those most in need in Gaza.
