Goals beyond the field.

The East London Mosque is organising the 3rd annual Imams’ Football Match, bringing together Imams from across the country to take part in a spirited 11 vs 11 football match.

This event celebrates sport, community and brotherhood, while encouraging health, unity and meaningful engagement between religious leaders and the communities they serve.

The event is supported by Muslim Aid. All funds raised by the Imams will go towards Muslim Aid’s Palestine Appeal.

Everyone is welcome to attend, including families. Please arrive early as space is limited and entry will be managed on the day.

Supporting Muslim Aid’s Palestine Appeal

Proceeds from Imams’ fundraising will go towards the Palestine Emergency Appeal, helping support urgent humanitarian relief through Muslim Aid.

  • Registration is required for participation, and all participants must adhere to event guidelines and any instructions provided by organisers.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the East London Mosque Trust.
  • The East London Mosque Trust, event sponsors and organisers will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the event.
  • By registering, participants consent to photography and video recording during the event for promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must inform the organisers.
