29 March 2025 – Official Announcement from the East London Mosque and London Muslim Centre:

Eid al-Fitr 1446 is on Sunday 30 March 2025

Our Eid message is the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:

Mosques are the home of every righteous believer.

This year, don’t miss the chance to become a Khadim (Guardian) of one of the UK’s most historic and influential Mosques. Pledge today, take on the responsibility, and walk through the Gates of Paradise with the reward of ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and supporting generations to come.

The East London Mosque stands as a beacon to all, and as a testimony to our faith and our commitment to the Deen of Allah (swt). The Mosque plays an important role not only for our local communities in London but as a model Islamic institution in the United Kingdom, open to people of all backgrounds.

May Allah accept your fasting, prayers and sadaqah during Ramadan, and fill your heart with joy and happiness, Ameen
