Eid al-Fitr 1447 is on Friday 20 March 2026

Our Eid message:

This Ramadan, the East London Mosque invites you to draw closer to Allah through your daily devotion and your generous giving. Just as our five daily prayers establish a constant connection with our Creator, so too can our charity become a sacred rhythm that brings us nearer to Him with every passing day. 

The East London Mosque stands as a beacon to all, and as a testimony to our faith and our commitment to the Deen of Allah (swt). The Mosque plays an important role not only for our local communities in London but as a model Islamic institution in the United Kingdom, open to people of all backgrounds.

May Allah accept your fasting, prayers and sadaqah during Ramadan, and fill your heart with joy and happiness, Ameen

• 1st Jama‘ah: 7:00am – Shaykh Abdul Qayum

• 2nd Jama‘ah: 8:30am – Shaykh Mustafa Abdulla

• 3rd Jama‘ah: 9:30am – Shaykh Syed Anisul Haque

• 4th Jama‘ah: 10:30am – Shaykh Ibrahim Menk (with BSL)

Zakat al-Fitr

Don’t forget to give Zakat al-Fitr, at least £8 per person for everyone in the family. You can pay your Zakat al-Fitr here.
